I’m Lien
I'm a designer at Accenture, specializing in crafting user-friendly digital interfaces. I've worked in various industries like technology, energy, banking, hospitality, social media, and industrial services, which adds a unique twist to my approach with every project I join.
My work goes beyond visuals—I build scalable design systems, shape end-to-end user experiences, and onboard and support designers in applying UX best practices and accessibility standards. I enjoy sharing knowledge and have mentored designers at various levels, helping them deepen their craft and become more confident in their tools and processes.
My path into UX is intentionally unconventional. I started in hospitality and later earned my degree in Human Development at Virginia Tech, which shaped how deeply I value empathy and human behavior in design. With over a decade of experience in fine art and graphic design, I combine aesthetics with practicality to create experiences that meet business goals, reduce user friction, and feel visually polished.
